I check voicemail daily during the weekdays and I return messages promptly. If an emergency arises, please indicate it clearly in your message.
Cancellations:
Preparation for your session begins at least half an hour before your arrival. Therefore I ask that any cancellation or rescheduling arrangements be made as far in advance as possible. For frequent offenders, there is a $50 fee for missed appointments or late-notice cancellations.

Flower Essence Pick-Up Box
Once your flower essence order has been filled I will put it in the red box just outside my door so you can pick it up at your convenience. Please remember to leave payment at this time if you have not done so already. Building hours are 6am-10pm.

New clients: please bring a completed Client Information Form, below, to your first appointment. If you are unable to download and print the PDF below, please come to your appointment 15 minutes early. There are blank forms in the red box just outside my office. This will allow us to use your time more effectively.
