Initial sessions are typically 90-minutes long, with subsequent visits being your choice of 60- or 90-minutes. It is more effective if sessions take place in person but due to the nature of the work, it is possible to have them over the phone.

Preparation for your session begins well in advance of your appointment time, so please be timely in your arrival. Sessions are held with us seated on the floor. Floor cushions are provided. If you need other arrangements please let me know when scheduling your appointment.

By Phone

Should you reside outside of Portland it is possible to do all of this work remotely. In this instance it is best for you to be stationary, and in a quiet and peaceful environment for the duration of your appointment.
