It is appropriate to contact your guides for any reason at any time. They are there specifically to help you grow. Although it is okay to come to this work just because you are curious about who your guide is or to experience a session, this work can be deeply transformational. This kind of transformation takes dedication, a desire to heal, time, and an openness to be guided. Most people will work with their guides for a period of time once or twice a month. Others may find they need a little longer to integrate the Spirit Guide messages before continuing on. Still, others will decide that once is enough. Every path is an honored path.
