EARTH: A Grounding Bath Ritual

Created in honor of the North Direction of the Medicine Wheel, EARTH is a ritual bath intended to reconnect you to your body, your rootedness, and your capacity to manifest a life with steadiness and presence.

The North, earth element, is the direction of the ancestors, the bones, winter, wisdom, and the physical body. It reminds us to slow down enough to listen. To remember that healing is not only spiritual, but embodied. The North asks us to tend to the foundations of our lives: rest, nourishment, grief, devotion, and belonging to the earth herself.

As this hand-pressed bath ritual dissolves into water, the scent of organic bergamot, cedarwood, patchouli, and fir fills the air like a forest after rain. Deeply grounding and calming, these oils are intended to soften nervous system overwhelm while helping the body settle back into itself.

At the center of this ritual is the EARTH flower essence formula, created in the North Direction with flower, stone, and land essences of pȟeží hiŋkpíla and the spirit of Waziyatakiya. Buffalo grass gathered near the memorial of Tȟatȟáŋka Íyotake (Sitting Bull) carries the prayer of rootedness, endurance, and connection to the ancestor spirits of the North.

This bath was created for those who feel scattered, overextended, untethered, or disconnected from their physical selves. For those longing to feel their feet on the ground again. The EARTH ritual supports grounded manifestation, embodied presence, and a deeper relationship with the wisdom held in the body and the land.

Each bath ball is hand-pressed slowly and prayerfully with intentions of stability, protection, and remembrance.

Online Classes Cancellation Policy:

Please note that our online classes are non-refundable and no class credits will be issued in case of cancellation. We thank you for your understanding and support.

Mentorship/ Apprenticeship Programs Cancellation Policy:

We understand that schedules are subject to change and in the event of a cancellation, we ask you to consider our firm policy:

  • Please communicate any cancellations to shayne@shaynecase.com as soon as possible.
  • Cancellations received more than 30 days before the program's commencement will be refunded 90% of what was paid. 10% of the payment will be reserved by Eagle School.
  • Cancellations received less than 30 days before commencement will be refunded 80% of what was paid. 20% will be reserved by Eagle School.
  • Once the program begins, tuition becomes non-refundable, and credits for other classes or 1:1 sessions are not available.

Flower Essences Refund Policy:

Refunds are only given within two weeks of purchase for unopened and untampered items and shipping will be covered by the buyer. There is a 6% restocking fee for all refunds.
